A. The Purchase and Sale of Our Services

Our services assist users to assess the quality of their Canada Visa Application documents using AI technology.

1. Who Should Use Our Services

Our services are available to individuals and agencies applying for a Canada Visa who wish to ensure that their application documents meet the necessary standards and requirements.

2. What Happens When You Purchase Our Services

In order to use our services, you create an account and purchase credits. After you create your account, you will be able to log in to the VisaPrism app. There you can upload your visa application documents to be assessed by our AI-based Canada Visa Application Assessment service.

3. Pricing and Payment Processing

You pay for our services by purchasing credits. The cost to you of each assessment depends upon the number of credits required. Please refer to the Website’s Pricing page for the current price of credits.

Credits expire 2 years from the date of purchase.

Although we collect your credit card information so that you can purchase credits, we do not process payments directly, Payments are processed by Stripe, a payment processing company. Once transmitted, we do not have access to any of your financial information.


4. Warranty

When you use VisaPrism’s AI-based Canada Visa Application Assessment service, you understand and acknowledge that the assessment is based on AI technology and while we strive for accuracy, there may be instances where the assessment may not fully reflect the actual status of your visa application.


5. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent that may be disclaimed at law, VisaPrism is not liable for costs or losses of any nature that you incur as a direct or indirect result of using our services, including costs or losses resulting from delays in the delivery of our services, whether or not such delays are reasonable.


6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisaPrism, its directors, officers, employees, contractor, subcontractors, Website content contributors, agents, co-branders, suppliers, subsidiaries, parent companies, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, losses, claims, demands, disputes, damages, losses, liens, causes of actionof every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.


7. Content Ownership

Uploading content for the purpose of using VisaPrism's services does not impact the ownership of the content. You grant VisaPrism a license to retain and use an anonymized version of the uploaded content to improve our detection technology.


8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the user and VisaPrism are to be resolved under the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.


B. Your Use of Our Website

1. Website Usage

The website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to view content on the website for the purpose of obtaining information about and purchasing our services.
